There’s something fun happening every day from Sat 23 Dec to Sun 7 Jan (closed Sun 24, Mon 25, Tue 26 Dec) during the Wakefield school holidays.
Activities in the learning studios and galleries are free with an exhibition ticket.
Exhibition tickets are FREE for Members, Wakefield District residents and under 18s. Non-Wakefield families can get 50% off adult tickets when visiting with children during the Wakefield school holidays. Use discount code: FAMILY50.

Our café serves food for children or bring a packed lunch to enjoy in our indoor picnic area.
FACILITIES
The Hepworth Wakefield is accessible, has baby changing facilities and plenty of room for buggies and pushchairs. For access information about the gallery please visit our website. Please note that the playground is currently closed for redevelopment.

The Hepworth Wakefield Garden is a place for nature, people, and art. Discover the birds, plants and trees that live in our garden during the colder months with creative looking and drawing activities. In very cold or wet weather, stay dry and spy from our gallery windows.
In the Clore learning studios create a ‘garden of drawings’ featuring birds, plants and trees. Join in large drawing activities or try out new materials and techniques or make your own winter drawings to take home.
